Dr Selestine, I want to say a big thank you for the excellent care you gave me on the 7th October 2015.
My condition complaint needed urgent attention and you certainly gave me all the care I needed at the surgery to get me to the appropriate unit for various tests to be done. Now I am on the right drug to help my condition and I am eternally grateful to you.

Dr Geeta I have seen so efficient and also given me make understand the that what I should do give advice if I don't understand and caring. Last time came to see nurse and I waiting to do my repeat prescription. I saw practice manger she was helpful. I said I was worried about diabetes told me we have diabetes Dr. If I would like to see him so he can sort out my med and talk to him. I saw Dr Farouq he was so nice and explain to me v. nicely.
